Alabama’s BOC Program is administered by the Alabama Department of Economic and Community Affairs – Energy Division in cooperation with the Southeast Energy Efficiency Alliance. This program is also supported by The Northwest Energy Efficiency Council (NEEC), the national administrator of the Building Operator Certification program.
The Alabama Department of Economic and Community Affairs (ADECA) Energy Division is a state agency whose mission is to increase energy efficiency, reduce energy consumption, promote energy-efficiency and renewable-energy technologies, and make energy efficiency more affordable for Alabamians.
